This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will address a variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Your ability to communicate in both English and French is essential in providing a seamless experience, problem-solving issues, and guiding product selections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional support to customers across multiple channels
• Manage inquiries regarding products, orders, and pricing
• Resolve standard customer issues promptly
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Work with internal teams to improve service efficiency
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Two years of customer service experience required
• Familiarity with inventory controls
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
