At Convertiqq, we specialize in face-to-face marketing campaigns that help brands connect with people. As we continue to expand across Vancouver, we’re looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Brand Representatives.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build professional skills within a collaborative, growth-focused company.

As a Brand Representative, you’ll be representing client brands directly to customers through live promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives where communication, confidence, and authenticity truly matter.

• Face-to-face customer interaction and brand representation
• Working at promotional campaigns, retail pop-ups, and live events
• Building customer engagement and brand awareness
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with ongoing mentorship
• Full product and campaign training provided

• Representing client brands during face-to-face campaigns and promotional events
• Creating positive customer experiences through professional communication
• Building brand awareness and customer interest
• Answering customer questions and explaining products or services clearly
• Assisting customers throughout the sign-up or purchasing process
• Supporting campaign goals and daily team objectives
• Working collaboratively with team leaders and fellow representatives
• Learning campaign strategy, customer engagement, and sales techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence working in customer-facing environments

• A self-motivated and proactive mindset
• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, or sales experience is beneficial but not required

• Full product and campaign training
• Weekly pay structure with additional performance-based incentives – Average take-home earnings $950 per week
