This temporary, project-based role requires reliable individuals to thrive in customer-facing environments. Working Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, you will assist guests, especially VIP clientele, and ensure smooth event operations. Your ability to maintain discretion and professionalism amid pressure is vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to event guests
• Verify credentials for pass pick-up smoothly
• Review customer orders with precision
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation
• Enforce access policies with professionalism
Requirements:
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Calm under pressure with a professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or VIP services is beneficial
