As an integral member of the Membership team, you will work closely with Canucks ticket Members to build lasting relationships while addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
Your role includes supporting game day experiences and executing member retention programs that prioritize service excellence and engagement. Experience the excitement of enhancing member interactions and contributing to community events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relationships with ticket Members
• Address ticket inquiries through the 899.GOAL line
• Manage ticket sales including group and single game options
• Assist with game day ticketing and events
• Provide feedback for improving customer service
Requirements:
• University degree and relevant customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior attention to detail in service delivery
• Flexibility in managing changing priorities
• Proficient in MS Office and desktop publishing tools
Foster memorable experiences for Canucks Members by excelling in customer service and account management.
