Alloy.ai is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Engagement Manager to support our growing client base in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. You will manage a diverse portfolio of customers, helping them navigate challenges and achieve measurable success. This hybrid role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance offerings based on customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of 10–20 enterprise customers
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and implementation processes
• Strengthen partnerships through consultative engagements
• Monitor project progress to ensure objectives are met
• Advocate for customer needs internally within Alloy.ai
Requirements:
• 3+ years in SaaS customer success or similar fields
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent relationship-building with senior leaders
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively
