As part of the Ticket Sales & Service team, you will focus on fostering connections with Season Ticket Members who have remained loyal for 25+ years. Your duties include managing a portfolio of accounts while ensuring they receive exclusive benefits and personalized attention. You will also collaborate closely with the Membership Benefits Coordinator to enhance the overall member experience through events and services tailored to long-standing supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with Legacy Club members
• Execute exclusive events and benefits tailored for members
• Conduct minimum annual in-person engagements
• Handle Game-Day service requests promptly
• Offer constructive feedback for improved service and revenue
Requirements:
• Preferred university degree or diploma in related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong customer-first mindset and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
