As a Client Relations Specialist, you will engage with merchants through proactive communication and sales assistance. This role integrates customer service, account management, and inside sales to foster positive merchant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain merchant relationships through proactive outreach
• Drive engagement with outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
• Support merchant onboarding by facilitating account setup
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or client relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational abilities
• Experience in financial services preferred
