Join Joyce2 in Vancouver as a Move-In Coordinator on a 12-month contract, focused on exceptional service and community engagement. Ensure seamless transitions for all new residents from the start.
In this role, you will enhance resident experiences during their move-in at Joyce2, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. Your duties encompass organizing key packages, conducting inspections, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in hospitality or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate timely communications with new residents
• Prepare packages and assist with elevator bookings
• Perform move-in and inspection duties for resident suites
• Help maintain tenant satisfaction through effective communication
• Manage resident parking and document updates accordingly
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• High school diploma; college diploma preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Yardi software
• Must pass criminal verification check
