In this role, your interaction with customers will establish trust and build relationships important for long-term banking partnerships. You'll be responsible for processing various financial transactions, resolving concerns, and proposing effective banking solutions while ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute financial transactions following established procedures
• Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate banking services
• Address and resolve concerns for enhanced customer satisfaction
• Meet assigned goals through proactive service delivery
• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
Requirements:
• High School diploma and minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong planning and administrative skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
