Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers
• Identify customer needs and suggest financial solutions
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries
• Support operational activities and cash transactions
• Escalate complex customer issues to managers
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin preferred
• No prior experience needed; related education is desirable
• Comfortable with digital banking tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours during branch operating times
