In this role, you will coordinate both domestic and international travel bookings for clients, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and compliance with Canadian travel regulations. A background in corporate travel management and experience with Sabre GDS are essential. Your commitment to quality customer service will drive client satisfaction while working within the Monday to Friday business window.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bookings for air, hotel, and ground transportation
• Establish strong relationships with business travelers
• Ensure reservation accuracy and proper documentation
• Stay updated on travel policies and fare guidelines
• Handle complex ticketing and rerouting
Requirements:
• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS for effective itinerary handling
• Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High-speed internet connectivity for remote responsibilities
