As a Member Experience Officer, you will engage members through high-quality interactions that promote confidence in financial decisions.
Your role includes guiding members through Vancity’s digital landscape and assisting with essential banking transactions. Candidates should be driven by service excellence and an eagerness to support community inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-touch service to members in-person and digitally
• Accurately perform financial transactions and onboarding tasks
• Support members in navigating digital banking tools
• Gather member insights for improved services
• Conduct selected Account Manager activities and product setups
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
• 1-2 years in a similar customer service or financial role
• Experience in cash handling and financial transactions
• Strong digital literacy with multiple systems
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
