- Implement and monitor the Value Exchange Model effectively
- Conduct detailed account reviews to assess performance
- Lead Customer Satisfaction Reviews for continuous improvement
- Advocate for clients through effective upsell strategies
- Manage renewals, ensuring smooth transitions and communication
- Over 3 years' experience in SaaS Customer Success
- Demonstrated skills in managing adoption playbooks
- Strong presentation abilities with business metrics
- Upselling experience within an established client base
- Familiarity with healthcare tools and platforms is advantageous
