The CIC Aftersales Representative at the Dilawri Group's BC Region plays a vital role in liaising between customers and dealerships. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency and customer retention through effective communication. This position involves optimizing service bookings while meeting and exceeding performance metrics over a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communications via phone, email, and text

• Book and coordinate service appointments for maximum revenue

• Follow up on customer satisfaction concerns

• Meet KPI goals as outlined by management

• Update and maintain customer service information accurately

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent experience

• Prior customer service or call center experience is advantageous

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Friendly and professional communicator

• Fluency in English;
Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
