Key Responsibilities
Receive emergency and non-emergency calls
Provide call-taking services for police and fire
Create detailed reports for dispatch
Relay important information to responders
Assist the public during critical situations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Fluent communication skills in English
Typing speed of at least 44 WPM
Knowledge of geography in Metro Vancouver
Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident for 3+ years
