Vancouver International Airport, 3211 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, BC V7B 0A4.

Interview location: 3871 North Service Place, Richmond, BC V7B 1L8.

Position
This is a full‑time position with pay of $23.57 per hour.

Schedule

Must have open availability Sunday‑Saturday, 40 hours a week, between the airport’s operating hours of 5:00 am–1:30 am.

Responsibilities

Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents, and manager to ensure proper vehicle supply.

Welcome Emerald Club members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot.

Direct customers to the exit booth, provide local directions and maps, and give return directions where applicable.

Assist Emerald Club members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits.

Communicate customer service issues to management.

Ensure hangtag information is completed accurately.

Maintain clean, low‑mileage fleet mix requirements.

Maintain Emerald Aisle cleanliness.

Thank Emerald Club members for their business.

Provide upgraded vehicles on request.

Perform other customer‑service related duties as needed to meet customers’ needs.

Maintain a regular, reliable attendance and punctuality record.

Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Act as an individual contributor; not responsible for supervising others.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum of high‑school diploma or GED equivalent.

Must hold a current, valid British Columbia Full Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years and no drug/alcohol convictions.

Proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.

Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Minimum six months of part‑time or full‑time relevant experience in one of the following areas:

Sales

Customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant)

Management/supervisory experience (e.g., sales or service industry)

Leadership in organizations/clubs

Leadership in community involvement/volunteerism

Must have open availability Sunday‑Saturday, 40 hours a week, between the airport’s operating hours of 5:00 am–1:30 am.
