At Fairmont Pacific Rim, you will be responsible for creating unique spa experiences that resonate with our guests. With a focus on 5-Star standards, you must have at least two years of experience in the spa or hospitality industry. You will facilitate efficient spa reservations and engage in upsells to enhance guest satisfaction and departmental revenue while maintaining a pristine environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate 5-Star service in all interactions
• Manage and coordinate guest spa reservations effectively
• Attend to guest queries and concerns with care
• Facilitate retail and treatment upselling strategies
• Ensure the spa facilities are immaculate and inviting
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in spa/hospitality field
• Enthusiasm for wellness and spa culture
• Experience in luxury service settings beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
