Working 24/7, you will be responsible for managing urgent 9-1-1 calls, providing detailed reports, and ensuring effective communication with police and fire services. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive both emergency and non-emergency calls
• Provide comprehensive call-taking services for police and fire
• Create detailed reports for dispatch coordination
• Relay urgent information to first responders
• Assist the community during critical incidents
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English
• Typing proficiency of at least 44 WPM
• Knowledgeable about Metro Vancouver geography
• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident for over 3 years
