As part of the Customer Success Team , you will focus on managing a high-volume book of customers, utilizing processes that enhance service delivery and ensure smooth transitions throughout their journey. With 2–4 years in Customer Success, you'll engage with clients proactively, making use of data to track key performance indicators and intervene when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support SMB and mid-market accounts
• Execute scalable customer engagement programs
• Monitor usage and proactively intervene with stalled accounts
• Build playbooks for onboarding and renewals
• Share insights for continuous improvement in customer experience
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in customer-facing roles, especially in SaaS
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational capabilities
• Competent with CRM tools like Salesforce and Hub Spot
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential
