In this position, you will report to the Team Leader, primarily managing claims via telephone. You will investigate claims thoroughly, ensuring prompt service and clarity in the claims process. Your contribution will help maintain Economical's high standards in customer service and claims resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and manage first-party automobile claims
• Provide clear, courteous service to customers
• Resolve claims through effective phone communication
• Accurately maintain claim records and data
• Process payments within authority limits
Requirements:
• High school diploma required at a minimum
• Experience in automobile claims handling necessary
• Previous customer service experience beneficial
• Proficient keyboarding and system navigation skills
• Bilingual candidates are highly considered
