Atira Development Society is hiring for this part-time position, requiring 16 hours of work each week. Ideal candidates will have a year of customer service experience and a proactive approach to assisting tenants and their guests. This role is essential for creating a friendly and safe environment at our affordable housing site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist all building visitors with enthusiasm
• Manage inquiries and requests from tenants effectively
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Maintain confidentiality in all communications
• Ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere at all times
Requirements:
• A minimum of one year in customer service environments
• Experience as a concierge, security guard, or in rental management
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification required
• Must pass mandatory criminal records review
