In this role, you will collaborate with Trust Officers in the Indigenous Trust Services team to manage complex accounts and ensure a stellar client experience. Your focus will be on maintaining organized documentation and facilitating effective communication with clients. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals passionate about client relations and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing trust accounts for Indigenous clients
• Organize client profiles and documents efficiently
• Handle inquiries and direct requests to relevant areas
• Contribute to ongoing professional development in trust services
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure team success
Requirements:
• Must possess an undergraduate degree
• Actively pursuing Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
• TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioner) certification preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
