You'll also maintain strong relationships with advisors and clients, ensuring they receive personalized support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Group Life and Health benefits plans

• Conduct educational sessions for employees on benefit administration

• Review and interpret contracts for clients and advisors

• Regularly meet with clients to discuss product updates

• Liaise with head office to resolve client-related issues

Requirements:

• Experience with Group Life and Health products preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Post-secondary education or relevant experience

• Valid driver’s license and automotive transportation
