In this critical role, you will act as the key point of contact for airline customers, ensuring timely communication of their operational needs. Strong customer service is essential as you monitor passenger meal orders and relay vital information to our internal teams. Handling multiple priorities under pressure is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor passenger meal and aircraft movement details
• Liaise with central order control in Toronto
• Respond to immediate service requests from customers
• Direct staff to meet customer needs in supervisors' absence
• Maintain accurate records and audit billing processes
Requirements:
• High school or college diploma required
• Relevant customer service experience
• Ability to thrive in time-sensitive environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Intermediate computer skills and ERP systems knowledge
Bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to the Gate Gourmet team and ensure seamless airline customer satisfaction.
