This temporary role requires strong leadership to guide 8-15 Guest Services Representatives, enhancing product knowledge and service excellence. You will collaborate closely with fellow supervisors, ensure operational efficiency, and cultivate a performance-driven culture. Your strategic mindset will help navigate challenges and implement valuable improvements across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach representatives for high performance
• Connect with team members during weekly check-ins
• Oversee daily operations and performance metrics
• Collaborate with supervisors for consistency
• Resolve escalated issues and system errors
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in team leadership
• 3+ years in a contact center environment
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Arc’teryx products and outdoor gear
