Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update guest profiles in the data bank

• Ensure accurate and timely reservation processing

• Manage extensive guest phone and email correspondence

• Process payments and daily cash-out reports

• Assist in emergency response planning and simulations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in customer service and reservations

• Certificate or diploma in a related field preferred

• Strong proficiency with resort booking software

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
