Air Canada is seeking Bilingual Agents for its Contact Centre in Vancouver. This role requires fluency in English, with a preference for candidates who also speak French. You'll be the first contact for customers, answering inquiries and offering solutions. Successful candidates will complete a 12-week paid training program and work various shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls promptly and professionally
• Provide information on flights, fares, and special offers
• Use the reservation system to modify bookings
• Resolve inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements:
• Fluency in English;
French is a priority
• Availability for full-time paid training
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
