Guest Services Agent

Position: Guest Services Agent at Harbour Air
Become a pivotal part of Harbour Air’s guest experiences as a Guest Services Agent in downtown Vancouver. Own guest interactions while supporting seamless transitions at the tour counter for the Roar & Soar product.

This full-time temporary role requires a blend of energy and efficiency, ensuring passenger flow and on-time departures while also delivering engaging tour briefings. You’ll work closely with an enthusiastic team in a fast-paced outdoor environment, constantly moving and adapting to enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide passengers from tour counter to staging area

• Deliver engaging briefings on experiences and tour features

• Manage group boarding and priority guest flow

• Capture passenger photos as part of the Roar & Soar experience

• Support dock crew with preparation and boarding tasks

Requirements:

• Warm, confident demeanor with excellent communication

• Experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality preferred

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced outdoor settings

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Strong detail orientation and proactive approach
