As a Smart Care Client Engagement Partner, you will be a crucial component of the Customer Success team. In this position, build trusted relationships with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders. You’ll address challenges, provide timely support, and maintain client satisfaction throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for Smart Care clients
• Conduct regular check-ins and manage inquiries
• Coordinate service requests between clients and consultants
• Organize and document client meetings throughout engagements
• Monitor client engagement health and address potential risks
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Customer Success or similar role
• Experience with HCM, HRIS, Payroll, or SaaS platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in CRM and project management tools
