Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct immersive tours of Rogers Arena

• Welcome and engage guests throughout their visits

• Prepare for and organize group tours efficiently

• Handle bookings and payment processing

• Address and resolve guest issues with professionalism

Requirements:

• Customer service experience required; tour guide experience is a plus

• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Knowledge of Vancouver and local sports events is desirable
