This role seeks a skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to enhance guest interactions at Fresh Tracks. You will coordinate travel itineraries, manage communication, and ensure guests receive legendary hospitality before, during, and after their travels. Your problem-solving abilities will be critical as you navigate complex situations and maintain quality relations with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build long-term relationships with booked guests

• Problem-solve in unpredictable travel scenarios

• Book trip components with Canadian tourism suppliers

• Answer calls and emails from guests regarding trips

• Suggest itinerary upgrades and perform concierge services

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail and time management

• Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks

• Experience in the travel industry preferred
