Become a key part of Blackbox My Car as a Customer Service & RMA Specialist. Work from Tuesday to Saturday, providing exceptional support via multiple channels to enrich customer experiences.
In this role, you will greet and assist customers across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities include handling sales inquiries, providing technical support, and building strong relationships with customers. You'll also support sales management with additional tasks while processing and refurbishing consumer returns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers through various channels
• Address customer sales inquiries and technical support
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Support sales supervisor with assigned duties and tasks
• Process and refurbish consumer returns efficiently
Requirements:
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
• Experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
• Interest in technology and the auto industry
• Precision-oriented in all tasks
