Elevate guest experiences as a Full-Time Front Office Host at Hyatt Regency Vancouver. In this customer-focused role, you will manage registration, communicate services, and handle inquiries.
Join the Front Office team at Hyatt Regency Vancouver, where you'll be the first point of contact for guests. This position is centered on customer service, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills to create a positive guest experience. Previous front desk experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to work a variety of shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest registration and check-ins efficiently
• Communicate hotel services and special promotions
• Accept and process payment transactions accurately
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Upsell hotel services to enhance guest experience
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with cash handling and basic math
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
