As a Customer Experience Associate, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. Your responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, resolving inquiries, and promoting TD’s services. Your interpersonal skills will help build lasting customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Identify and recommend suitable banking solutions for clients
• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed
• Promote banking products to meet business objectives
• Contribute to a diverse and positive work environment
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mandarin and/or Korean language skills are an asset
