Make a significant impact in client services as a Bilingual Account Officer with Aviso on a 6-month term. Support Aviso’s Correspondent Partners with tailored financial service and expertise.
In this role, reporting to the Director of Partner Services and Onboarding, you'll provide exceptional service to clients and team members. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, gathering information on account activities, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You'll also review documentation for compliance and address customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather details on client account activities for responses
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to resolve requests
• Review transfer-in documentation for completion
• Notify Partners of transfer-out requests promptly
• Handle inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Requirements:
• University or college degree required
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course
• Minimum of two years in customer service
• Fluency in English;
French is an asset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
