Part-Time Guest Services Representative

This permanent position offers 30 hours per week with potential for additional hours. As a Guest Services Representative, you'll maintain knowledge of the Centre’s services and educate retailers on offerings. This role necessitates dedication to creating memorable customer interactions while providing exceptional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

• Promote Centre services and maintain knowledge of stores

• Build relationships with retailers and assist customers

• Handle cash and payment for gift card programs

• Provide gift wrapping and assist with events

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work at least three days per week
