Position: Join Parq Casino as Guest Services Agent
Join the excitement at Parq Casino as a Guest Services Agent! This role will focus on delivering outstanding service to guests while promoting our diverse entertainment options in Vancouver.

We are looking for two casual Guest Services Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our offerings, all while maintaining a clean and inviting space. You'll assist with the Encore Reward Card program and promote events to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service with a friendly demeanor

• Keep the work area clean and professional

• Communicate benefits of the Encore Reward Card

• Handle guest complaints with care

• Engage with tour groups upon arrival

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service

• Familiarity with cash handling is an asset

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Must be able to lift over 20lbs

• Multilingual skills are a plus
