Become the welcoming face at Pavilion Cowork’s Vancouver front desk. This role centers on providing exceptional member support, hospitality, and operational coordination.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will maintain a positive working environment while ensuring that every member, guest, and partner feels right r role will focus on providing outstanding customer service, leading daily operations, and supporting vibrant community events. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and inform members upon arrival
• Maintain a presence at the front desk
• Conduct tours for potential members
• Ensure cleanliness of coworking areas
• Monitor building systems and assist setup for events
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in hospitality or community management
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Eligible to work in Canada
Support community building and enhance member experiences with Pavilion Cowork in Vancouver.
