KWE is searching for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator. This role involves managing key customer inquiries and collaborating with the sales team for accurate documentation processing. You'll tackle service-related issues promptly and maintain strong business relationships across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
• Oversee and track international shipments efficiently
• Maintain relationships with customers and overseas offices
• Support accurate documentation for Air Export Operations
• Assist in preparing monthly reports for management
Requirements:
• 2-4 years related experience or academic training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PC applications and database management
• Ability to analyze and interpret business-related materials
• Capable of calculating percentages and other figures
