As a front-facing member of the Oakridge Park team, you’ll welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide seamless assistance. This role demands professionalism, attentiveness, and a commitment to understanding the needs of guests, tenants, and partners, ensuring memorable interactions throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests at Concierge desks and VIP areas
• Respond to inquiries about services, amenities, and events
• Support VIP engagements with discretion
• Organize desk areas to maintain guest readiness
• Follow SOPs for Concierge services, including reservations
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with POS and booking systems
• Problem-solving skills to address guest needs
• Multilingual skills, especially Mandarin, are a plus
