Pacific Coastal Airlines is hiring a part-time Customer and Cargo Agent in Bella Bella. You'll provide outstanding service to travelers while handling various cargo operations as part of our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check passengers' baggage and handle excess charges

• Facilitate booking changes and cancellations

• Address issues arising from missed or canceled flights

• Execute safe deplaning and boarding procedures

• Process and manage cargo shipments

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or related field

• Strong communication skills, especially under pressure

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts

• Must be capable of lifting up to 70 pounds
