In this pivotal hands-on role, you'll support Customer Success Managers, Implementation Specialists, and Professional Services teams. Focus on developing onboarding tracks, playbooks, and training resources that enhance knowledge and execution. Your work will be key to achieving a $100M ARR goal, directly impacting customer satisfaction and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with CS leaders to align enablement programs

• Create learning paths and frameworks for CSMs

• Own onboarding for Customer Success Managers and Specialists

• Manage enablement systems for easy resource access

• Measure effectiveness of programs on business outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment

• Proven track record in program development and execution

• Excellent organizational and management skills
