Hybrid Retail Order Services Representative

Join Eminence Organic Skin Care as a Retail Order Services Representative. This hybrid role in Vancouver involves providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and live chat.

In this 9-month contract, you will assist Retail Customers by answering inquiries, processing orders and returns, and handling payments. Reporting to the Retail Order Services Supervisor, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Retail Customers via phone, chat, and email

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge for accurate support

• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and solutions

• Process orders efficiently according to SLAs

• Monitor multiple inboxes for urgent customer issues
