Hybrid Retail Order Services Representative

In this 9-month contract, you will assist Retail Customers by answering inquiries, processing orders and returns, and handling payments. Reporting to the Retail Order Services Supervisor, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service and ensure a smooth customer experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Retail Customers via phone, chat, and email
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge for accurate support
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and solutions
• Process orders efficiently according to SLAs
• Monitor multiple inboxes for urgent customer issues
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented approach to order processing
• Proficient with software, including RMA systems
