Alloy.ai seeks a motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to engage with a diverse client portfolio of 15–30 SMB and Mid-Market customers. This role is pivotal for scaling customer success across the organization. Responsibilities include onboarding, renewals, and ensuring that clients maximize value through actionable insights and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer success from onboarding through renewals and growth

• Support executive stakeholders in realizing fast, measurable outcomes

• Monitor account health and focus efforts on high-impact actions

• Conduct analysis to help clients automate processes

• Act as the voice of the customer for product feedback

Requirements:

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or analytical roles
