As part of Clio’s Customer Success team, you will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts. This senior role involves engaging customers, optimizing workflows, and driving renewals through proactive strategies. Utilize AI insights and analytics to enhance client partnerships and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish trusted adviser relationships with key accounts
• Present actionable insights from usage metrics and benchmarks
• Facilitate executive-level business reviews to measure ROI
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Advocate for customers across functions while balancing business priorities
Requirements:
• 4+ years of SaaS customer success experience
• Strong communication skills for various stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and adjust to shifting priorities
• Familiarity with customer success KPIs and processes
• Experience with CS CRMs such as Gainsight or Churnzero
Drive meaningful customer success initiatives at Clio, leveraging your expertise in SaaS and AI technologies.
