In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls and queries. Strong communication skills and professionalism are crucial as you'll assist with product and order inquiries while processing information accurately. Multitasking between customer interactions and data entry tasks will be key for success in this role.

• Answer inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
• Assist customers with product and order-related questions
• Process and update customer orders timely and accurately
• Enter customer data in the company systems accurately
• Resolve concerns while maintaining positive relations
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Comfort with heavy call volumes
• Basic computer skills and accurate typing ability
