Position: Customer-Focused Residential Services Role
Join Parkbridge as a part-time Residential Services Representative in Spruce Grove and foster a positive environment for residents.

Your role will center on customer engagement and operational support.

You will report to the Community Manager and be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. This role is integral to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while addressing inquiries, coordinating activities, and managing office supplies. You will assure seamless communication and assist residents with various services, enhancing their living experience at Parkbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests

• Respond to calls and emails, addressing resident concerns

• Handle contractor key management and visitor access

• Distribute community notices and manage the mailbox

• Assist with Work Orders and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to customer service excellence

• Background in customer service or administration

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Capable of multitasking efficiently
