Parq Casino is seeking two Guest Services Representatives to ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued. This position is crucial for promoting our offerings, assisting with the Encore Reward Card program, and addressing guests’ needs promptly. You will engage with customers, provide information, and maintain a vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver concierge-level service to guests every shift

• Keep the gaming environment clean and inviting

• Promote the benefits of Encore Reward Card sign-ups

• Address and resolve guest complaints

• Assist with inventory monitoring and promotions

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience

• Cash handling experience is advantageous

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle physical demands of the role

• Knowledge of the local area is beneficial
