Client Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager (Mandarin / English) to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of language, data, and operational programs supporting Mandarin-speaking markets. In this remote independent contractor role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor service quality and KPIs, resolve issues proactively, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Operations Management, is fluent in both Mandarin and English, and excels at building strong client relationships in fast-paced, global environments.
