Position: CCRC Customer Service Specialist Role

This on-site position plays a crucial role in customer service and communication. As a specialist, you will assist parents, providers, and interested parties by providing crucial information about CCRC programs and procedures. Engage in clerical duties, manage documents, and support data entry while working collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to parents and providers

• Document and manage data efficiently

• Offer clerical and administrative assistance

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency programs

• Ensure accurate information sharing with customers

Requirements:

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings

• Some travel required for business purposes

• English proficiency; bilingual skills preferred

• Strong communication abilities

• Must be detail-oriented and proactive
